すべてがダンス

　あるシーンの瞬間。
　からだが動くのは当然。
　だけど，からだの中の腕も雄弁に踊っている。

　みやぎダンスのテーマは「インクルーシブ」誰もが踊れるということ。
　私の師匠はこんなことを行っていた。
　「たとえからだが動かなくても，腕一本，指１本動いてもダンスは生まれる。そして美しいも　　のがある。」と。

　ダンスは五体満足で，体力的，技術的な優位性を持った人だけではなく，本当に誰もが
出来る表現の一つ。

　誰でも，意志があれば，稽古を積めば，ダンサーなのです。

the moment of "A little bit..."
As you know, we can dance with arms, legs....
and when you are dancing, inside of your body is also dancing actively.

the theme of MiyagiDance is "Inclusive Dance", it means everyone can dance.
My teacher of life said that

If your body cannot move,
If you can move only an arm,
If only one of your finger can move,
there will be DANCE, it is really beautiful.

Dance
It is not for only person having skill and body.
It is absolutely one way of art for all.

Everyone is dancer, if you have a will, if you do a practices.
